2024 TOYOTA TUNDRA ISSUE WITH MISALIGNED PASSENGER DOORS! NO FIX! Brought my 2024 Tundra to Kenosha Toyota where I purchased it to align passenger side doors. I was told by Kenosha Toyota service dept the doors are not adjustable and service associate showed me another truck with same problem. I looked at a row of new Tundras with the same misaligned passenger doors and some were worse than mine. Sell you extended warranty’s that they won’t honor. Promise free oil changes they won’t give you. And be careful, they will run your credit 4 times with hard inquiries and destroy it.

Add to previous post. Damaged my car and not taking any responsibility. BBB will be contacted if I'm not satisfied. At this point I have no other avenues. I brought my car in for them to repair a brake problem and now it's inoperable with no reparations. It's like it's my fault they damaged my car. I'm not looking for anything more than what would be fair on both parties.
At this point I'm more than disappointed with what is going on with my auto situation. I brought a highlander 2008 hybrid in for brake service and was told the problem was with the shift sensor. I agreed for them to replace the sensor if it repaired the brake problem. They told me in a text it would fix my problem. A correction on my previous post. My asking price for my Toyota trade-in was $25,000. This number is near the high end of the Kelly Blue Book “Excellent” condition valuation. Kenosha Toyota place the condition of my car in the “Good” condition category. Two steps lower. This lowered what I wanted from $25,000 to what they offered, $21,661. The car had no hood stone chips, no door dents, no seat tears and no door edge chips. No damage whatsoever. All it needed was a car wash and interior vacuuming. Even though I eventually found my "dream car" elsewhere (turbo station wagon, so nothing most builders even offer anymore), Kim Phillips was extremely helpful and patient with me while weighing my options and finding something that fit me. Great dealership and great car. We love our Camry Hybrid. The sales process was quick, and we were charged what they said they would charge, instead of the bait and switch that so many dealerships try. Another local Toyota tried to charge us $5k over MSRP, but Kenosha Toyota doesn't do that.

Man I keep seeing Matt and another guys name and all due respect but Matt who? Khayla is the person to see. We had a incredibly poor experience with ordering a tundra from Pauly Toyota. My lovely fiancée noticed Kenosha was much closer to the house and we decided to stop in. We met Khayla and put in a order for another tundra! It came about a month later and man was it worth the wait.
After first going to another dealership that “upcharged” calling it a high demand fee, we stopped at Kenosha Toyota and our sales person, Khayla G showed us the vehicle we were looking for. Had a thumping sound underneath. Was diagnosed quickly and accurately, but the service tech was sharp enough to notice that my water pump was leaking. Good catch. Got the water pump replaced and will be getting a new set of tired next week.
